Cancellation Policy

When you book, we set aside a stylist's time just for you. To keep things fair to our team and the next guest, here is how cancellations work.

1. If Your Plans Change

  • More than 24 hours ahead. Cancel or reschedule any time at no charge through the link in your confirmation, your account dashboard, or by calling the salon directly.
  • Less than 24 hours ahead. Please call the salon location directly so we can help find a new time. Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.
  • No-shows. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You have three ways to manage your appointment:

  • Use the link in your confirmation email or text message.
  • Sign in to your PT Salon account and manage from there.
  • Call the salon location where the appointment is booked.

3. Running Late?

Call or text the salon as soon as you know. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest is not held up.

4. Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are fully refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by our payment processor and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
