• Text messaging: Mobile phone number, messaging consent status, consent source, consent date and time, opt-out status, and message delivery details if you choose to receive appointment and customer-care text messages from PT Salon.

• MindBody — Our online booking platform. When you book an appointment, your booking information is governed by MindBody's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — SMS delivery and messaging compliance infrastructure used to send, receive, and process text messages when you opt in to PT Salon text messages. Governed by Twilio's Privacy Notice.
• Google — Analytics (GA4), advertising (Google Ads), and mapping services (Google Maps embed on our Locations page). Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms — Advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft — Website analytics via Microsoft Clarity. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Yelp — Advertising measurement via the Yelp Conversion Pixel. Governed by Yelp's Privacy Policy.

6. Text Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages from PT Salon, we use your number to send the types of messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates or reschedules, and customer-care replies.

Marketing and loyalty text messages are a separate program with its own opt-in. If you explicitly opt in at ptsalon.com/sms-marketing-opt-in, you may receive promotional messages including service discounts, seasonal offers, birthday or loyalty rewards, and win-back offers for PT Salon services. Marketing message frequency is up to 4 messages per month. Marketing consent is separate from appointment and customer-care consent and is not required to book a service or receive transactional messages. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text message.

No mobile opt-in data or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent data with lead generators or unrelated third parties.

We may share limited messaging data with service providers that help us deliver and manage text messages, such as SMS delivery platforms, but only as needed to provide the messaging service and honor your consent preferences. You can opt out of PT Salon text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Data Retention

• Job applications: Retained for up to 2 years from submission date, or until the position has been filled — whichever comes first.
• Newsletter subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
• SMS consent and message records: Retained as needed to document consent, honor opt-outs, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with messaging rules.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and retained per each platform's defaults. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
• Cookies: Expiry varies by cookie; consent preferences are stored for up to 365 days.

10. Children's Privacy
